Radiant Hands has adopted a variety of strategies to support the integration of newcomers—an effort that is of crucial importance to both refugees and the broader society. And while we have established several programs to include skill development/empowerment, social integration, training, tutoring, and under the coronavirus’ economic impact and frustrations, nevertheless, Radiant Hands added an incentive element that will push the integrational assistance wheel forward.

Those who show interest and increased participation in attending classes, lectures, or any extra skill development workshop will get to earn points and which they will obtain every time they sign in into a classroom. These points will enable them to purchase the items they need.

The rewarding system will increase:

  • sense of self-esteem and confidence
